Esencia Living Is Coming to Uvita

Something new is taking shape in Uvita.

Construction is officially underway on Esencia Living, our new home and lifestyle store created to bring thoughtfully selected, practical and harder-to-find products closer to home here in the Costa Ballena.

The window signage is up, shelves are on the way, inventory is arriving, and little by little, the space is beginning to look like the store we've been imagining.

We're getting ready to open our doors in October 2025, and we can't wait to welcome you inside.

A New Home & Lifestyle Store in Uvita

The idea behind Esencia Living comes from something many of us who live in Costa Rica's Southern Zone understand all too well:

Sometimes finding the simplest things isn't so simple.

A quality kitchen essential. Cotton bedding. A healthier household product. Something for a new baby. A beautiful piece for your home. A wellness product you've been searching for.

Too often, the options are to make the trip to San José, order internationally and wait, or simply settle for whatever happens to be available locally.

We think there should be another option.

Esencia Living is being created to bring a carefully curated selection of home, health and lifestyle products right here to Uvita.

Construction is moving forward. Shelving is being planned and installed. Shipments are arriving. Boxes are piling up. Products are being unpacked, organized and given their place.

And with every step, Esencia Living is becoming a little more real.

We're creating a space that feels warm, simple and easy to shop—a place where you can discover something new, find something you've been searching for, or simply pick up a useful everyday item without driving hours to get it.

We're thrilled to be opening on Calle Uvita, above the barber shop and across from EBAIS, right in the heart of Uvita.

There's still plenty to do before opening day, but it's happening—and we can't wait to show you what we're creating.
