Esencia Living is the vision of Jules, a mindful mom of three daughters and Canadian entrepreneur who relocated to Costa Rica’s South Pacific in April 2021. Before moving, Jules founded and operated a health-conscious lifestyle company and a successful gift basket business in Canada, where her focus on quality, creativity, and care set her apart.
Here in Costa Rica, Jules continues that same dedication through The Conscious Concierge, her boutique concierge and consulting business serving Uvita, Ojochal, and the surrounding areas. She provides property management and lifestyle services including staging and furnishing homes, bill payments, shopping coordination, tenant management, and project oversight. Known for her hands-on approach, Jules blends design sense with organizational expertise to help homeowners and expats live more easily and beautifully.
With Esencia Living, Jules brings her vision full circle: curating thoughtful home, wellness, and lifestyle essentials that are hard to find locally. At the heart of everything she does is her passion for service, community, and creating spaces where families—and life—can flourish in Costa Rica.
